On the 12th day of July, 1967, an unverified complaint was filed in the municipal court of the City of Casper, Wyoming, charging the defendant, A.B. Shafsky, with the sale of alcoholic beverages to a minor in violation of and contrary to an ordinance of the city. In response thereto defendant entered a plea of not guilty, was tried, convicted, and sentenced to serve ten days in the city jail. Thereupon an appeal...
