The relator, on May 22, 1970, was indicted for certain larcenies and burglaries allegedly committed on four separate occasions in February and March of 1970. He surrendered voluntarily to the police, and, after he entered pleas of not guilty the County Court Judge fixed bail at $10,000. While relator was free on bail he was indicted for the crime of criminal possession of stolen property...
