This suit was commenced in the Court of General Sessions as a replevin action for the recovery of property in which plaintiff claimed a security interest under the Uniform Commercial Code. From a judgment for the plaintiff the defendant appealed to the Circuit Court where the case was tried on a stipulation of the facts.
