Plaintiffs Donald Folgueras, Violadelle Valdez, George Gutierrez and Alicia Gutierrez brought Civil Action No. 252 to recover damages for the denial of equal protection and the deprivation of their privileges and immunities of citizenship under color of law. 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
