The cases are here on the defendants' appeals after their conviction of attempted larceny of 234 cases of liquor from the S.S. Pierce Company, Inc., warehouse at 133 Brookline Avenue, Boston. The defendant Roy L. Chaisson was also convicted of carrying a revolver without a permit.
