This action was brought under the provisions of MCLA § 211.53 (Stat Ann 1971 Cum Supp § 7.97) against the City of Grand Rapids for claimed excess in taxes paid under protest. The trial court, after a full trial, dismissed the complaint. Plaintiff has appealed.
