This appeal is from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals, adhered to upon reconsideration, affirming the rejection of claims 6-8 and 10-13 of appellant's application entitled "Marine Jet Pump-Out and Fire Fighting Equipment."1 Claims 2, 4 and 5 were allowed by the examiner.
