This action was commenced by the plaintiffs as Trustees under the will of Stewart M. Taylor requesting the Court to "instruct Plaintiffs whether to hold said trust fund for the benefit of Stewart G. Taylor in trust for a further period of ten years from March 11, 1970, or distribute one-half thereof to Stewart G. Taylor, the remaining one-half to remain subject to said trust for a further period of ten years from March 11, 1970." The defendants...
