This is a suit by Mrs. Pearlene Moran for damages on her own behalf and on behalf of her minor son, Kenneth Ray Moran, five years of age, who suffered injuries when he was struck by a car driven by Mrs. Jeffrie D. Puckett. Made defendants are Mrs. Puckett and her insurer, Allstate Insurance Company.
