On the evening of March 31, 1970, at about 6:30 p. m., a police raiding party executed a search warrant for the entire premises at 739 Fairmont Street, N. W. in the District of Columbia; seized certain articles, and arrested the four appellants who were later tried jointly before a judge and jury.
