Linda Godsey, an infant who was a passenger in an automobile which struck another car, sued Karl Doepel, an infant who occupied the driver's seat of the car in which she was riding. He was an insured under a policy issued by the Travelers Insurance Company, the appellant. Travelers furnished the defense in Godsey's suit against Doepel as its policy required.
