This appeal1 is from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals insofar as it affirmed the rejection of claims 1, 2, 4, 5, 21, and 22 in appellant's reissue application serial No. 371,862, filed April 20, 1964, for a "Process for the Production of Protein Enriched Material From Protein-Containing Materials Having a Relatively High Water Content." We affirm.
