ORDER
This is a petition for a writ of error. The petitioner stands charged in two indictments with being an accessory before the fact of murder. The same issues which he wishes determined by this petition have been raised and can be resolved by the exceptions he has taken to the Superior Court's denial of his motions to dismiss the indictments.
The petition is denied and dismissed.
