This is an appeal from a judgment non obstante veredicto rendered by the trial court insofar as it set aside the jury's findings that a portion of a certain payment made by Grover Graham, defendant-appellant, to The First State Bank, Dodson, Texas, had not been applied by such bank to appellant's outstanding loans.
