The appellant, Illinois Central Railroad Company, filed suit in the amount of $5,767.00 against defendant-appellee, Glazer Steel Corporation, for unpaid demurrage charges for failure of appellee to unload and return certain railroad cars within specified times. The appellee does not deny that demurrage is due the appellant, however, it paid demurrage on the intrastate rates rather than the interstate rates...
