The trial judge, to whom the case was submitted without the intervention of a jury, found in favor of the plaintiff in fi. fa., Mortgage Enterprises, Inc., and against the claimant, Frank Jackson Motors, Inc. The levy was upon a motor vehicle levied upon in possession of the claimant. The evidence on the trial of the issue thus made would authorize a finding of substantially the following facts.
