OPINION

ODOM, Judge.

This appeal is from a conviction for the offense of unlawful possession of a dangerous drug, to-wit: amphetamine. The punishment was assessed by a jury at a fine of $3,000.00 and 2 years in jail.

Appellant alleges four grounds of error.
