The only question presented by this appeal is whether, when all evidence which supports the plaintiff's claim is taken as true and considered in the light most favorable to the plaintiff, giving the plaintiff the benefit of every reasonable inference which may be drawn therefrom, and with all contradictions, conflicts and inconsistencies resolved in plaintiff's favor, there was sufficient evidence to survive defendants' motion for a directed verdict...
