The defendant, Roosevelt Flournoy, Jr., was charged with having committed the crime of rape. After a bench trial, the court found the defendant guilty of the offense as charged and sentenced him to five to ten years in the Illinois State Penitentiary. On appeal the defendant's contentions are:
