This appeal results from the chancellor's imposition of an equitable lien on certain real and personal property. Appellant brought an action against appellee Ollie Fred Lowrey for divorce, child custody, maintenance, and a settlement of their property rights. Subsequently, appellee Leota Lowrey and her husband (who died before trial of the issues), Ollie's parents, filed an intervention seeking to impress an equitable lien against certain property owned...
