[1] Plaintiff, Mrs. Chung Hunter, claims damages suffered as a result of an allegedly unsuccessful dermabrasion procedure performed by defendant, Walter S. Brown. Dr. Brown is a medical doctor whose specialty is plastic and reconstructive surgery. At the close of Mrs. Hunter's case, the trial judge sustained Dr. Brown's challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence. Mrs. Hunter appeals from the judgment of dismissal which followed.
