This is the second contempt matter against Charles Knox in which we granted certiorari to review the legality of the proceedings in the lower court. See Knox v. Municipal Court of City of Des Moines, No. 22/54564, 185 N.W.2d 705. Knox was "arraigned" before Judge Harrison at about 6:00 p. m. on November 5, 1970 on the contempt citation resulting from the spitting incident...
