DUFFY, Chancellor:

This is a will contest case in which the Register of Wills, after hearing, admitted to probate the will of Louise Bandurski dated September 9, 1968. The proponents are Mrs. Bandurski's son Edward, her daughter Dorothy Kozlowski, and Dorothy's husband, Victor. The contestants (caveators) are Mrs. Bandurski's son Walter and her daughter Helen Maher; they appeal from the order by the Register.
