This matter involves an attempted appeal by the Superintendent of Schools for Maricopa County from a judgment of the Superior Court of Maricopa County declaring null and void an order of the Board of Supervisors of Maricopa County transferring a portion of the area of Paradise Valley School District to the Glendale Union High School District and the Washington Elementary School District.
