This suit stems from a head-on collision between a Ford sedan, owned and operated by C. D. Winzer, and a Ford pickup truck, owned by Billy R. Bibby and driven by his employee, Earl Lewis, Jr. Lewis was alone in his truck but Winzer was accompanied by his wife, Helen, and infant daughter, Tammy Denise.
