This is an action for damages arising out of a collision at a highway intersection between plaintiffs' wheat truck making a left turn and defendants' overtaking automobile attempting to pass. Plaintiffs, whose son Marvin was driver of the left-turning truck, sought to recover for resulting property damages. Defendant Irvin W. Lane, owner and operator of the overtaking automobile, counterclaimed for personal injuries...
