This is the same case reported in 128 Vt. ___, 258 A.2d 575. The plaintiff petitioned the Rutland County Court under 19 V.S.A. § 1861a to acquire property for limited access facilities on a section of U.S. Route 7 in the towns of Wallingford and Clarendon, known as project AP 019-2(50). This relocated portion is a divided fourlane highway extending north and south about 5.04 miles and was opened for public travel...
