Defendant was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, a misdemeanor under The Vehicle Code of April 29, 1959, P. L. 58, sec. 1037, 75 PS §1037. In this proceeding to suppress the results of a breath test and a walk-the-line test for intoxication, the evidence showed that the arresting officer found defendant near a vehicle that had crashed into a bridge abutment in such circumstances...
