This cause is before us on appeal from the order of the Circuit Court, Dade County, validating the issuance of $1,100,000 of parking revenue bonds of the City of Coral Gables.

The bonds in question are issued to finance the cost of acquiring and constructing additions, extensions and improvements to the parking system of the City and are to mature in installments from two (2) to twenty-one (21) years after the date or dates of the bonds. Principal...
