The defendant, Richard Armstrong, was charged in separate informations with two unconnected armed robberies, the first occurring at the Shopeze Market on November 9, 1968, and the second on November 14, 1968, at the Star Market. The charges were consolidated for trial and the defendant was convicted of both offenses. Motions for new trial were overruled and Mr. Armstrong was sentenced to terms of not less...
