NELSON, Justice.

Direct appeal from a conviction of aggravated robbery (Minn.St. 609.245) following trial to the court.

Defendant-appellant, Verle Ernest White-cloud, questions the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain the conviction. The pertinent facts are as follows:
