Suit was brought by appellant, Mrs. Ruby Bentley, against appellee, Independent Life and Accident Insurance Company in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Alabama. The complaint as amended was in two counts based on the code form for suit on a policy of accident insurance. Upon trial, verdict of the jury was in favor of defendant, appellee.
