Appellant, Alvin Spencer, was convicted of robbery in the first degree by means of a dangerous and deadly weapon under V. A.M.S. §§ 560.120 and 560.135, by a jury in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, Missouri, and his punishment was assessed at imprisonment in the State Department of Corrections for a term of twenty-five years.
