This was an action by the insured to recover on an insurance policy furnishing multiple coverages, including property damage. The particular coverage involved was for direct damage caused by fire and lightning. The property involved was an electric motor which was an intergral part of the air conditioning system in the libraryscience building of the plaintiff college, located in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.
