CROCKETT, Justice.

Defendant was charged with the crime of robbery. After first entering a plea of not guilty, he withdrew that plea and pled guilty to the charge. Pursuant thereto he was sentenced and committed to the Utah State Prison. Thereafter a determination was made that in connection with the entry of his plea he had not been accorded proper protection of his constitutional rights, and the judgment and sentence was vacated.
