Sherman U. Robles, accompanied by his wife and their minor son, was driving the family car north on U.S. Highway 71 when his vehicle collided with a large truck-trailer unit driven by Truman V. Horton, owned by Producers Interstate Corporation and insured by Commercial Standard Insurance Company.
