In United States v. Curry, 4 Cir., 410 F.2d 1372 we affirmed an order committing Curry to a mental institution on a finding that he was incompetent to stand trial on a charge of threatening the life of the president. However, we directed an inquiry into whether his release on bail would constitute a danger to himself or the public. On remand, the district court found that his release would present such a danger.
