Artistic Ornamental Iron Company, Inc., commenced this action against Tigner and Ruggles on an open account for materials supplied for the construction of a dwelling. Tigner defaulted, and after the death of Ruggles his executor was substituted as a party defendant. The trial judge, without a jury, found for the plaintiff, and the executor appeals from the overruling of his motion for a new trial. Held:
