Bartlett (hereafter "Relator") is a married, 22 year old citizen and resident of Montana, who brings this original proceeding in this Court to obtain a writ of mandate directed to the respondents to admit him to the beginning law class 1971 in the Law School of the University of Montana, at Missoula.
