In 1960 Harrison, Hammond and Singleton, each investing $2,000, set up Harrison Associates, Inc. (HA), to engage in the electrical contracting business. Singleton withdrew in 1962. Harrison and Hammond kept the business going until 1968 when, for reasons undisclosed, it began to fall apart.
