Frontero, Lagana, and Kelly appeal from judgments of conviction based on guilty pleas. Twenty-four co-defendants, including these three, were indicted on thirty-one counts of substantive violations of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2312, 2313, and 23141 and conspiracy to violate these statutes, 18 U.S.C. § 371.
