Harry Mitchell Akers, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried, and convicted in the District Court of Logan County, Oklahoma for the offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle At a Speed Greater Than Reasonable and Proper Under Prevailing Driving Conditions.
