This case was referred to Trial Commissioner Mastin G. White with directions to make findings of fact and recommendations for conclusions of law under the order of reference and Rule 134(h). The commissioner has done so in an opinion and report filed on December 10, 1971. Plaintiff filed exceptions to certain of the commissioner's findings of fact as to the damages issue which would result in an increase in the award, but otherwise requested...
