HARRISON, Justice.

Richard Wynn appeals from a final judgment of the lower court dismissing his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. He complains that a warrant upon which he was tried in 1958 did not charge the offense of robbery, and that his court-appointed counsel did not provide him with effective assistance.
