These actions of contract and tort are before us on the defendants' exceptions after jury verdicts for the plaintiff on each of four counts for the same cause of action: breach of covenant of quiet enjoyment, breach of contract to supply steam, trespass, and constructive eviction. The exceptions relate to evidence admitted on behalf of the plaintiff, to the denial of the defendants' motions for directed verdicts, and to denial of the defendants' requests...
