This is an appeal upon questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Division of Domestic Relations, granting the petition of the plaintiff, appellee herein, for a divorce from defendant, appellant herein, upon the grounds of gross neglect of duty, and dismissing the cross-complaint of defendant for a divorce upon the grounds of gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty.
