On or about August 30, 1967, plaintiff-appellant, Thomas Jeffry Williams, seven year old son of the plaintiff-appellant, Thomas P. Williams, was severely burned on one of his legs while playing with some other boys in the yard of defendants-appellees, Douglas Williams and Myrna M. Williams, parents of the defendant-appellee, Ronald Williams.
