SIMON v. ELECTROSPACE CORP.

28 N.Y.2d 809 (1971)

Harold Simon, Respondent, v. Electrospace Corporation, Appellant.

Court of Appeals of the State of New York.

Decided April 8, 1971.

Motion to clarify the opinion and to amend the remittitur denied. The denial of the motion does not import any construction of the term "reversal" in CPLR or whether the term thus used embraces or should embrace a modification which is less than a total reversal because the issues of liability were affirmed while the quantum of damages was substantially reduced.
