This is a delinquent tax suit filed by the City of Houston for itself and for the Houston Independent School District; the State of Texas, and Harris County, as plaintiffs against James H. Campbell, defendant, the latter named person being appellant here. After a non-jury trial the court rendered judgment in favor of the plaintiff, City of Houston, in the sum of $442.32 for delinquent taxes for the years...
