HENDLEY, Judge.

Defendant pleaded guilty to the charge of burglary. Judgment and Sentence was entered on September 14, 1970 which stated that defendant was sentenced to "* * * serve a term of not less than one (1) year nor more than five (5) years." It further ordered that the sentence imposed was "* * * suspended conditioned upon the Defendant serving six (6) months in the Dona Ana County Jail."
